Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy when a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Change of Mind

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery where the item is unused, unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number, photos and a short description of the issue. We will assess the item and provide the remedy required by law, which may include replacement, repair or refund.

Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, return postage is usually paid by the customer. Where a return is required because of a fault, damage or our error, we will provide reasonable assistance with return shipping.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed after the return is received and assessed. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where possible.
