Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery Areas
We ship to available delivery addresses shown at checkout. If your location is not available, contact us before placing an order.
Estimated Delivery
Australian standard delivery commonly takes 3-8 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, public holidays, courier delays and high-volume periods may extend delivery times.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folders.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact support@skylandzone.com with your order number and we will help investigate with the carrier.
